Work closely with a manageable caseload of 5-10 students, ages 11-14, and play a vital role in their educational journey. This position is located at a single school site, offering stability and the chance to build meaningful relationships over the course of the assignment.

Start as soon as possible and enjoy consistent, full-time hours37.5 per week, Monday through Fridaythrough May 2027, or until notice of contract end. As a Special Education Case Manager, youll have the autonomy to develop individualized education plans and implement effective behavioral interventions, all while collaborating with a dedicated support team.

Your expertise and commitment will help students navigate academic and behavioral challenges, ensuring they have the comprehensive support they need to succeed.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid teacher certification in Multicategorical/Emotional Disabilities required
• Experience or interest in behavior support within a middle school environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills for case management responsibilities
• Ability to connect with and advocate for students with diverse learning needs
• Prior experience as a Special Education Teacher preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Special Education Case Manager for a caseload of 5-10 students
• Implement effective behavior support strategies and individualized education plans
• Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and adjust plans as needed
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
