Qualifications:
- Active CDE Special Education (SPED) License with Generalist Endorsement (required by assignment start)
- Please ensure your license reads: Professional Teacher License #000000, Endorsed In: Special Education Generalist (5-21)
- Substitute, temporary, interim, or other licenses will only be considered with proof of SPED License application and correct endorsement
- Experience in teaching and delivering Specially Designed Instruction (SDI)
- Deep knowledge of the IEP process and collaboration principles
- Not available as VOCO or hybridonsite only
Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to students aligned to alternative standards
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with IEP team members and related service professionals
- Employ evidence-based instructional strategies and data-driven interventions
