Job Description

With a typical caseload serving groups of students, you will be essential in ensuring each child has the support and resources they need to succeed.
Qualifications:
- Valid Texas Special Education Teaching Certification
- Experience or genuine interest in working with inclusion or life skills populations
- Capacity to adapt lessons and strategies for students' unique needs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Commitment to cultivating a positive, supportive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver effective instruction aligned with IEP goals
- Maintain detailed records and progress reports for each student on your caseload
- Coordinate with general education teachers and related service providers
- Foster skill development, independence, and social-emotional growth
- Adapt curriculum and instructional materials for diverse learning levels
- Participate in IEP meetings and support families throughout the process
