What Were Looking For:
- Current and active Alabama Special Education Teaching certification (required for interview consideration)

- Organized, adaptable, and committed to fostering a positive, inclusive environment
- Willingness to take on a travel assignment and integrate into a new school community
What Youll Do:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to students with varying abilities and needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Work closely with general education teachers and support staff to deliver effective co-teaching and resource support
- Foster positive relationships with students and their families to encourage growth and participation
