Youll be working with a Setting 4 caseload, engaging with students who demonstrate the highest behavioral needs and most significant disabilities. Your skills and resilience will shape daily breakthroughs, foster growth, and contribute to a supportive community atmosphere.

Qualifications & Credentials:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher License (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Experience or strong interest in working within a Setting 4 program
• Ability to design and deliver individualized instruction and behavioral support plans
• Strong collaboration skills to partner with classroom staff, therapists, and families
• Excellent communication, organization, and adaptability

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized academic and behavioral interventions aligned with each students IEP
• Employ positive behavior support strategies in a highly structured classroom
• Track student progress and adapt instruction to maximize student achievement
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and progress
• Develop professional relationships with students, families, and staff
