Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Arizona Standard Secondary Teaching License
• Current K-12 Special Education Certification
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Previous experience with students with emotional disabilities, autism, and behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with inclusion, transition/life skills, self-contained classrooms, and functional academics
• Knowledge of at-risk, ELL, and exceptional student needs
• Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs and special services in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• E.E.E.I. training or willingness to participate in ongoing staff development
• Able to commute within 30 minutes to priority schools in Phoenix

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction to students within inclusion, SUCCESS, practical, CBT, or STRIVE programs
• Design and deliver individualized curricula promoting prosocial and self-regulatory skills
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and families for optimal student outcomes
• Document progress and maintain compliance with all required standards
• Participate in assigned professional development sessions
