Requirements:
- Valid AZ Mild/Moderate or Cross-Categorical teaching license
- Experience or interest in Special Education (Resource level)
- Ability to manage a caseload of 20-25 students
- Skills in adapting individualized education plans and supporting diverse learning needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff and families
Responsibilities:
- Provide resource support for special education students in a school setting
- Develop, implement, and track IEPs tailored to student requirements
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive learning environment
- Work closely with general education teachers and school staff to promote student success
- Maintain accurate records and compliance with state/federal guidelines
