• Valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license (required)

• Experience with compliance, IEP development, and progress monitoring

Primary responsibilities:

• Design and deliver differentiated lessons in accordance with students' individual education plans (IEPs)
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and collaborating with families, staff, and related service providers
• Foster a supportive and respectful classroom culture that values each students abilities
• Lead by example, providing mentorship and guidance to other educational staff
• Implement evidence-based instructional strategies and behavioral interventions
• Monitor student growth, document progress, and adjust instruction as needed
