Key responsibilities:

• Serve a caseload of up to 28 students in grades 912, ensuring individualized education plans (IEPs) are implemented and monitored
• Adapt lessons, assessments, and materials to accommodate students unique learning needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to create an inclusive academic environment
• Track student progress, meet compliance deadlines, and participate in IEP meetings
• Support students social and emotional growth alongside academic advancement
