Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teaching Credential (Mild/Moderate)
- Experience with RSP or similar caseloads preferred
- Fully cleared background check and credentialing (ready for immediate start)
- Passion for inclusive, student-centered education
- Positive team player with strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide RSP instruction and support for approximately 32 students in a K-12 environment
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, service providers, and families
- Maintain detailed records and compliance with state/federal requirements
- Foster a welcoming, supportive classroom climate
