Youll have an immediate impact across multiple sites, working full-time during the academic year in collaboration with experienced educators and support teams.

What were looking for:

• Valid Arizona Secondary Teaching License (Standard required)
• Current K-12 Special Education Certificate
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Expertise supporting students with emotional disabilities or complex behavioral needs, including those struggling with prosocial and self-regulatory skills
• Familiarity with diverse learner populations, including at-risk and limited English proficient students
• Experience creating and implementing IEPs and related documentation in compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
• E.E.E.I. (Essential Element of Effective Instruction) training, or willingness to participate in professional development
• Commitment to onsite-only workremote options are not available
• Ability to commute within 30 minutes to Fairfax, Central, or Hayden (multiple openings across district campuses)

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction through inclusion, life skills/transition (CBT), practical skills, or STRIVE behavior support classrooms
• Engage in collaborative planning and data-driven instruction alongside fellow educators and support staff
• Support students across varying caseloadsincluding self-contained and inclusion modelsto foster growth in academics and essential life competencies
• Actively participate in staff training prior to the school year (July 21-24), with a return-to-work date of July 27 through May 2027
