Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid teaching credential with Special Education authorization
- Experience teaching students with diverse learning needs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to develop, adapt, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborative approach to working with general education staff, support personnel, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction based on each students IEP
- Assess student abilities and track progress toward educational goals
- Modify curriculum and classroom activities to accommodate different learning styles
- Provide direct academic, social, and emotional support to students with disabilities
- Collaborate with parents, therapists, and other team members for student success
- Maintain student records and comply with district/state policies and timelines
