• Background in, or passion for, supporting students with autism or developmental challenges (for K2nd Autism and PreK SPED caseloads)
• Ability to collaborate with paraprofessionals and other support staff
• Flexibility, adaptability, and outstanding communication skills
• Willingness to work onsite full-time

What Youll Do:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for a small caseload (K2 Autism or PreK SPED), ensuring all students unique needs are met
• Foster a nurturing, structured environment in self-contained classrooms with para support
• Work closely with families, specialists, and support staff to maximize student growth and independence
• Monitor progress, adjusting instruction as needed to help each child achieve their fullest potential
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all school policies and special education regulations
