Key Qualifications:

• Ability to assess, monitor, and document student progress with sensitivity and accuracy

Responsibilities:

• Deliver differentiated instruction to students who are deaf or hard of hearing, both individually and in group settings
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs

• Consult with teachers and staff on effective communication strategies and classroom accommodations
• Advocate for student needs, ensuring access to resources, assistive technology, and educational materials
